Yesterdays talk about nutrition was pretty interesting and I found out things that I didn’t really know till yesterday. Many people die for many reasons but its most common is you’re over weight or if you have some type of cancer that can’t really be cured. I was surprised to know that vegetables and fruits can actually help someone get cured from any cancer they have. I didn’t know this at all. I just thought of fruits and vegetables as something you eat in daily basis. I was also surprised to know that they get arteries from your leg and use it to put around your heart when there’s fat inside it. Fat clogs blood flows to go into the heart and can cause a heart attack. After the talk we had yesterday I started to think about nutrition as in what we put into our bodies. It made me think that almost everything we eat can be bad because it just makes fat inside the body that could make us obese. I might start looking at labels more often just to check for much of everything it has. I do think that my habits for seeking nutritious will change from now on. I’m going to start eating a little bit healthier, look at labels before deciding what I’m going to get at the market, and therefore so on.
